Help updating Maps 2009 318 D M-Sport CIC I Drive

Hi guys completely new to this and a novice with I.T

but I am after some advise on updating the maps on my 59 Reg E90 318D M-Sport Business Edition. From reading up other posts and forums I believe I have the professional widescreen CIC hard-drive system with 1 usb connection in the glove box.

Can anyone advise me the easiest cheapest way of getting the most recent maps installed, i am willing to give it a go myself if it is easy enough and links, instructions provided to me.

Check the sat back part of this forum.
There are instructions in there for getting the FSC code and links to downloads for the maps, they are all in 1 thread.

It's as simple as following the instructions
