My ride for the weekend!

Celebrating Mother's Day with a Model S P100D Ludicrous. Going to drive the family to the ocean to pay respects to a few family members buried at sea, then *hopefully* have dinner at a busy restaurant on a holiday.

Looks like they update the front recently. Had a model 3 vibe to it, I like it.

This is the "refresh" that came out in 2016. However, it has the front license plate bracket removed which looks MUCH cleaner.

O.K. It’s the license plate bracket, yeah that does look good.

$140K.

Why would anyone need to drive "more than 500 miles" for anything? There are airplanes for that.

I'd use one if it was loaned to me for a weekend but I have no interest in owning one.

I agree, at 140k you will never save enough on gas to cover that cost...

The enhanced autopilot feature is just wild on Tesla, I'm still not sure if I like it or hate it even after using one for a few longer drives.
