hi i have an issue with my car hope someone can help

its a 435d xdrive.

there is a slight vibration coming through the wheel and the footwell. its not alot and only noticeable when doing 60mph+. i wouldnt say it gets worse the faster i go its just very slight.
so something seems worn somewhere

the other thing is if i pull off in my car and hit the brakes sharp so the weight of the car shifts forward there is a creaking noise from the front drivers side. if i do it again straight away it doesnt happen, as it seem the faulty part has already been forced forward by the car as much as it can go.

if i then accelerate quickly the noise will be there for a second from the weight of the car coming back off the faulty part.

if i turn left full lock the creaking noise is there quite alot as its right hand drive car the weight shifts to the right.

if i turn right full lock the noise is there but only slightly as the wieght is shifted to the other side of the car.

it seem like the weight of the car is moving around on this faulty part. which would appear to be on the drivers side.

im in uk so have right hand drive.

im not sure if this makes sense to read. it difficult to describe into words.
