Time to remove snows? (Toronto area)
so people, what do you think? is it time to remove my snow tires and put my stock wheels and tires back on the car, or should I wait a few more weeks?

I've contemplated switching wheels too. With it being so mild, it's so tempting; however, temperatures are forecast to fall again by next weekend.
I plan to play it one week at a time and hopefully switch by end of March.

especially for those with Sports package, better wait until second week of April to be sure.
"Up" here in Montreal, I am going to waint until end of April, unless the weather takes a sharp turn for the mild in the next two weeks. |

I couldn't resisit, I have had mine on for 2 weeks. Just have to watch the weather. Tonight right after work roll it into the garage and put the snow's back on. Takes me about a half an hour. Floor jack and everthing ready. Their calling for up to 5cm tomorrow. It like it said in the previous post better safe then sorry

I wouldn't, especially if you do any real travelling witht the car. In the city you might survive. Still, better safe than sorry. Remember, all it takes is one ice patch, and there may be lots of those with the melting in the day and freezing at night.
The regularly unreliable weather network says snow later in the week. |
