Brake Bed In

Just got new Zimmerman rotors front and rear with textar pads. Zimmerman recommends that you bed in the new rotors by going from 62mph down to 30mph 10-15 times with a 3 min cool down period in between and then doing this again 10-15 times but from 62 down to 15....i've done this about 15 times total so far but this takes a long time and i've been like 30 miles out of town and back twice haha....surely this is enough? Anybody have any bed in opinions?

Yes it's enough. Just drive like normal for the next few 100miles and avoid real heavy breaking. Unless you have to ofcourse.

After that. Geht los!

I do few repeated 40-50mph to almost 0mph then drive for a minute to cool of brakes. I do this twice. My 335i goes through 2 to 3 brakes sets per year. I also do it on customers cars. Never had an issue. Take 5 to 10 min max including final cool down.
