Please post the rears at least! I would love to see what these wheels look like on the e90. I've seen the Breyton 20" ones, but not the 19's. Please post pics!!

Screw waiting for spacers that's for the front anyways! Just put the rear Breytons on, drive it around the block to tell us truthfully if it rubs or not and take pictures!! Leave the fronts off, and use your stocks. We only care about the back anyways!

That is a one of the most aggressive fitments anyone has attempted to you use on the E90. We are all awaiting pictures! The 19x11 ET26 is one thing, but how flushed is the front wheel with the 19x9 ET38 along with a 10mm spacer making it a 19x9 ET28? You're not planning on lowering the car are you?

Do you mean 'bent' wheels?

If so, then it would not be a bright idea to drive on damaged wheels. Get them fixed if you want to keep using them. If you do use them without fixing them, your ride would feel like shit (depending on how bent they are) due to vibration. If it's really bad you could cause other damage to your car.

Edit: Now that I've seen your pics, do you have a hard time keeping tire pressure? That's the other problem with bent wheels. Air has a funny way of leaking out at this point as the tire may not create a complete seal with the wheel.
