Idrive office

Ive got Samsung galaxy s9 and can't get the office messages to work does anyone else have this problem it won't show my messages or email on my samsung galaxy s8 either

Email - must use stock app (not gmail, outlook, etc)
SMS - pair device and agree to popups --> works

Could this be related to the RTTI problem ConnectedDrive are having?
