How helpfull are Sway Bars?

Are they worth it?

Do you recommend any one kind? A link would be helpful!

Also, how helpful are they to handling?

very helpful if you understand what you want.

honestly the bmw suspension is so nice a set of coilovers would do you more good.

sway bars tie the independent suspension together. while this may improve handling in some cases it does have drawbacks.

coilovers (good ones) can be dialed in to do as well or better of a job that you are trying to accomplish without binding the suspension.

bigger swaybar in rear would cause less understeer. this is the most common mod for understeer. i didn't notice any understeer really in the 335 though sport package. i'll go try to induce some.
