FRM Short circuit reset (Scotland)

My drivers angel eye light has went out and won't come on after changing the bulbs twice.

Scanned with carly and shown its the short circuit counter...

Is there anyone around the central belt of Scotland that can help or point me to a garage that will know what i'm on about. Heard stories of dealers wanting to replace the entire module for a lot of dalla!!

It's very easy to do. I'd just get a cheap DCAN cable and do it yourself. Or someone will help you remotely.

You get that option any basic diagnostic tool. Just go into the FRM menu and reset.

Resetting a short circuit counter in the FRM is not as simple as just clearing/resetting fault codes.

Yes well it gave me that option on both FRM ans FRM2 modules as well as some others. I was having a DRL problem.
