I have heard and read great reviews for Tritek.
I am going to make an appointment with them next week. I spent last summer roasting and won’t do that again this summer. |

If Arlington is more convenient than north Dallas check out Glacier Tint.

I've heard good things about Alta Mere (North Richland Hills), Tritek (Garland), and Tint World (The Colony). |

Been busy at work and didn’t make the tint appointment.
Are the Alta Mere shops independently owned? I saw an Alta Mere shop in Plano and went in for a quote but had a weird feeling about the place. I did call Tint World in The Colony and asked a few questions. I need to get it done before it gets too hot n |

Had the tint done at Tritek. I went with Wincos. 30% on sides/back. 70% on front windshield/sunroof. |

$399 for sides, back and sunroof. $200 for the windshield.
I opted for the Wincos due to the high IR rejection. They have four levels of tint and each one is $100 lower. Ceramic was $299 and a Premium at $199. The lowest was $149. I visited other shops and for me Tritek spoke more about the install process that anyone else. I believe once you settle on the tint brand it’s up to the installer to make it look good. They did a great job. |
