M5 lease Quote - any good?
Optioned an M5 at an MSRP 115,345
Dealer Discount & rebate 3,500 Net 111,845 36mth/12k 3,000 down payment residual 69207 (60% of full MSRP) monthly $1637 I was hoping it was to going to be ~$100 a month less - seems high to me. Any thoughts? *Note the lease mentions the rebate being 3000, so a dealer discount of 500 (the different from 3,500) seems poor for an existing bmw customer |

That seems decent if the car is going to be delivered in the next two or three months.
Remember that no cars have been delivered in the US yet, and initial demand for M cars is quite high, so if you want a better deal, you'll have to wait a bit. |

Looks about right once you factor in sales tax. If you give me your tax rate and whether you are capitalizing the tax and acquisition fee, I can figure more accurately. Doc fee amount? What is your quoted MF?
