Brembo Grand Turismo for e90

Hello,

I am about to order 15" front and 13.x rear brembo break kit. Just want to know.
1. How is ABS working on e90 (system)? Would upgrading to brembo break kit effect an ABS operation?
2. Is DTC related to front/rear break? For example, rear break is automatically applied to rear wheel when hard cornering is made.

Thanks for the input.

Comments between Brembo and AP-Racing are also appreciated.

Looks okay, but don't know if there'd be much in the way of actual braking improvement... stocks are pretty impressive. So, unless you're planning on tracking your car every weekend; I don't see the point... you may get better results by buying better tires.

1) All brembo systems are designed to operate flawlessly with your ABS and your OEM brake master cylinder. This is why on some cars they don't offer larger systems - they only put on the car what your OEM components can handle.

2) DTC (Dynamic Traction Control) does apply the brakes - again, that has to do with the braking cylinder, which your new brembo kit will work flawlessly with.

Brembo is the choice of OEM manufacturers like Porsche, Lamborghini, AMG, Ford GT-40, Ferrari, Maserati, Infiniti, Subaru, and more. Hands down, the best braking system on the market for cars that are driven both on the track and daily. AP Racing makes a great kit as well but I'm not convinced that it's as street-friendly, to be honest.

Here are some photos of the 355 4 piston we just put ksfrogman's car:
