Need NBT PRO video please

Guys if possible could some one send me a video of the navigation screen from point of "START NAVIGATION" & finish when it zooms in to the street. I need to compare it to my NBT PRO, mines running slow & id like to have a comparison from 2 units to show dealer.

Mine takes double the time from the point "START NAVIGATION" to point of zooming in.
Dealer had car for the day & returned it stating all is ok now after battery reset.
Going back in on Thursday

, piss's me off when they think they have sorted it when clearly its the same.

Compare videos guys, am I been fussy?

Tricky - given one route (the slow one) is 4 x the size of the other. Its doing a calculation - so to accurately compare it should either be the same route or at least a similar distance.

It could also be your configuration for POI's, no tolls etc impacting.

Would the best idea not be to go into the dealer, find a similar car to yours and enter in the same destination and hit submit at the same time to prove your point?

Ive tried a few address's & all are slow, I was 2 miles away from dealer & it took same time to calculate.

I was referring to harrysx's video being for a route a quarter the size of yours.

You gotta get the dealer to see it in comparison to the default though
