Doing some research on behalf of my sis for my brother-in-law's 50th birthday present.
A lot of these 'experience' days have a rep that the instructors can be very precious about the cars, and the amount of actual driving time can be as short as 30 minutes. Does anyone have any personal recommendations in the sub-£500 range ? Ignore that Silverstone is uppercase - just my phone playing up.

I've heard good things about Thruxton being good value for money. http://thruxtonracing.co.uk/experiences/racing-addict I'm taking the 340 there in a few months to do the skid pan course as I'd like to spin my car safely |

Booked Mercedes Brooklands for the wife's birthday. We had the brother in laws GT S for a weekend and she was too scared to drive it but enjoyed it when I did. Was talking about how she wish she had and wanted to rip it. The instructor was ace and let her go for it.
