Warped rotors?

They're less than 3 months old with brand new Pagid pads.

I've had them off, cleaned down and sanded the pads flat again but it's made no difference.. I'm now considering getting them resurfaced possibly?

What's everyones thoughts?

does the car shake or pedal vibrate when you step on the brakes?

Nope, although there is a wining sound like a motor loosing speed if I brake hard at high speeds.

I do believe there was also a pretty substantial line put into the back of one disc from a stone.

Normally, warped rotors will cause a noticeable vibration under moderate to hard braking. I watched your video and see the issue. Have you checked the rotor are mounted securely and not wobbling/loose? Only way to be sure, is pull one and have a shop check it. If you will have enough meat left on the rotor after turning them, that is an option.

I can see the rotor hitting in unison with the chirp. It should be visible where it's rubbing if you pull it.

There's definitely a slight bit of resistance in the "noise" spots. There's no wobble, in fact the more I anchor the caliper bolts down; the more noise I get.

The rotor is completely clean, I'm guessing there must be a tiny amount of run out.

I had mine done when they started pulsating. It was no cost at the dealer. Now it makes a high pitch noise when backing up at low speed from a parking spot. Not sure if it is caused by brake dust but will have them look at it at the next free service.

The rotor could stay clean because it's constantly wiped clean by the pads. There should be evidence on whatever it's rubbing against. I don't know what caliper anchor bolts you're referring to, but the calipers shouldn't be locked down tight. They're supposed to float on the caliper guide bolts.

You need to pull the rotor and see/make sure that the surface behind is completely flat and free of dust/dirt.

Sorry what I meant was I de-mounted the rotor completely and used brake clean on both sides. The only evidence of it rubbing/making contact so far is what's in that video which makes me wonder about a small bit of run out.. no evidence on the pads either.

Yeah I went through this on both sides, one admittedly did have a nasty score from a small stone on the inner side of the disk however they're all completely clean now.
