Goodbye F30, hello F36

Collected my new car last Wednesday. I had a 318D F30 and chopped it in for a new F36 30d LCI. I'm really happy with the car and the spec, it really is a step up from my outgoing F30 in terms of performance, ride and comfort and the auto box is brilliant (old car was a manual)

Excellent choice, Sir. In my opinion the F36 in silver is a very classy looking thing, probably my favourite colour for the car - and generally I'm not a fan of silver. Looks especially good with the hexagonal headlights.

Thanks very much Odyn. Was torn between silver and MG but in the end it came down to what was available with the right spec and this one came along, am very happy with my choice and can't actually think of a better all-rounder than the F36 to be fair, it ticks all the right boxes for me.

I've got the Orbit Grey 704's but am seriously considering keeping the original silver grill on, have ordered a gloss black one but might return it.

You're right, cannot tell you how much of an upgrade it feels over the last car, it's night and day to be honest.

MG was the other option for me, didn't want white as my last two cars have been AW, silver just seems to suit the lines of this body shape I think, shows off the lines really well.

You made right choice getting silver, there are way too many MG about and becoming a common colour now .

my next car will be F36 and will be Black , never had black car
