Boot button on keyfob
Is there any way to stop the boot from being able to open with the key fob. I have set CLM_OPERATION_BOOTLID_AT_UNLOCKED to aktiv but the boot can still be opened with the fob.

I was thinking the same thing... I have a wagon... no point locking the boot on that

Yeah, it's just as stupid as having locks on the doors and the need to have a fob to start the engine, because if someone really wants to steal your car they'll put it on a flatbed.
The point of any anti theft device is to make it just difficult enough for a would be thief to move on to the next car. At any rate the OP asked a specific question, which was answered. If he doesn't have a valet switch he should ask his dealer about the possibility of adding one. |

The boot button on the key fob accidentally gets pressed when its in my pocket. Came back to my car with the boot open a couple of times.

In order to be able to fold down the seats in the f30, you have to open the trunk. |

Tried that too, short was on werte=00, mid and long were on werte=02. Changed both to 00 but didn't make a difference.

I recently changed battery in key fob and since then my boot release button has to be held down for ages before it will release.
Before it was only for a about 2-3seconds. Can anyone advise which of the settings mentioned above do I need to check to reduce the delay and what the setting value has to be? |

Changing the fob battery wouldn't alter the coding of the release time. Your 'new' battery might not be all that new. Try your other fob as well to be sure.

I’ve noticed that it also unlocks all of the car aswell not just the boot ?
Any ideas . I did code the car for comfort access recently however it doesn’t work. Do you think this would have altered the settings? |

So the trunk popped open for me on TWO occasions. I was away from the car and my fob was in my pocket. I later found my cars trunk to be WIDE open when i went back to the car. Since then i always switch my trunk lock on from the glovebox. I was lucky on both occasions it was not raining or snowing.
