From the new Home Page, mouse over 'New Cars' and from the drop down menu see last item, right hand column.

the only issue with this is that actually wants to you select your local dealer and go and see your Genius! I think they got annoyed that everybody from all these Forum's are messaging them and asking what status their car is at

From the Home Page, mouse over 'New Cars'.
From the drop down menu - left hand column, second item down - 'Build and Buy your BMW'
Click on that and 'BMW Live Chat' appears in bottom right hand corner.

Voila
