2018 M5 First edition
My dealer just got an allocation for the First edition M5.
Details here: https://www.bmwusa.com/limited-editi...d-edition.html PM me if you're interested in placing a deposit for the allocation! Our other two spots were gone in literally 2 minutes, so spots are limited. MSRP will be around $130k |

Interestingly my dealer just called me today to say he had an allocation and knew I wanted one. I wonder if not all of the 400 allocations have been released or perhaps there will be more than 400?

For anyone who has an allocation for the car or has ordered it already. Are there any options? Or does it just come as is?
This sounds silly, but assuming I go through with it, my only hesitation is the light interior and upkeep with kids. |

You can't change anything. It comes as is.

Weird question. Do all of the first edition models come with a "1/400" logo... or do they enumerate based on which one you have (37/400 or whatever).
I feel like the latter would make the car a bit more special. |

BMW typically does 1/XXX on the limited cars. I would expect the M5 first edition to be the same. Disappointing for sure but makes it easier on BMW.
