Fitting DAB radio headset. What to do for aerial?

Very off topic as all F30s will have DAB. However my elderly Polo runaround has a rubbish standard radio and I fancy a headset that gives me DAB and will also add Bluetooth phone and USB connectivity.

Have seen sets like a Kenwood for less than £100 that seem to do it all so it's not a pricey upgrade. However has anyone any experience on what is best for the DAB aerial. I want as good reception as possible but also want the aerial as discrete and neat as possible. Have seen some stick on windscreen ones but not sure how good they are or how ugly perhaps?
