What should i place first blacklines or frontspoiler (frontsplitters)?

I will do it both, but for the moment, i have a lot of other costs (also on an other summercar etc...).

Another question: what should i place

oem carbon frontsplitters
hartge frontlip

or others?

My car (E91 TOURING 325 D) is now lowered 48 mm

BLACK SAPHIRE
CSL WHEELS 19 INCH 8,5
chrome grill kidneys
sportexhaust

I'd do the front splitters first, I think that will make the biggest style change on your car.
