I dread working at a company with an actually policy on swearing.

Swearing at work is the type of thing that should be self policed by yourself and others.

It is fun though telling lads on your team that they are sexist and discriminatory, always gets a blank look from the individual who believes they are 100% fair etc.

Then you point out that they swear at John but not Suzy.

Swearing, shows sexism is alive and kicking in the modern work place
