Anyone have a wooden garage? Had one built?

I don't have the time to build one. Carpentry is in my blood. Raised by my grandfather who built many homes etc. Time is precious.

I finished an extension on the house and have used up all my annual leave.

Years ago I found a site that had built timber garages for the likes of Michael Owens. Reasonable prices. Since then there are many more sites.

I could speed up the process by laying the foundation myself.

If anyone has any recommendations or suggestions for a company or individual, that would be appreciated.

My mates recently went through this process.

Large shed, bought from a good firm, concrete base, he is waiting for concrete to be ready for shed and then the company will erect it.

Will ask him Monday.

I think they work out the same in some cases. They can be cheap though. If you go for things like plastic windows and shingle roofs.

I want a double for the cars. I have seen some high quality ones that are like cabins. To me it has a bit of a luxury feel to it.
