Flush mounted reflectors - post install pics
It's as if I had committed a crime and was then asked outside of the courtroom, "sir, what do you have to say?"
"No comment." You be the judge. |

Looks like they were rushed to production to secure the early bird dollars.
Very gappy. Patience FTW!!

Not much of a surprise. I thought the ones they posted looked pretty poor. It will be extremely tough to get a flush to look right without custom filling/painting. If a large scale manufacturer did it to tight tolerances and BMWs cut is to tight tolerance (do not know if it is or not) it would at least be better. Sorry you wasted your money and I bet we see more unhappy posts.

In all honestly, the factory cut hole is part of the problem (based on the pics). The uneven almost jagged cut is going to be hard to get perfect. I think, despite your fears, that this looks better than the orange reflectors. Post some up close pics of the reflectors and I will tell you which one I would choose......
I guess we will see if something better comes along... Jason

Disaster. May be some small improvement you can get from tweaking the tape stack up but still, disaster. Sorry for all those who have pre-ordered or already paid. Time to hear from the "manufacturer".

It looks okay from far away.. maybe you should try to fill in the gap somehow..
They do look like it was out into production quickly--someone sells these? Looks good though, if it wasn't for the gap though! |

That gap is hideous IMO. You drive a 65K+ car and putting that flush mount with gaps makes it look ghetto. Your better off getting the Painted reflectors instead unless the vendor can somehow make it sit perfectly flush.

Seriously?
Patience will allow for the better products to come out as time passes. Also lets others be the guinea pig for these early adopters.
