Current MF & Residuals

Hi,

Does anyone know if the the MF and Residuals have changed? I am going to meet with my dealer on Saturday to work on a lease for an M40i (another Phytonic Blue

)

Last I had was

59% 10k, 3 years
.00152

My understanding for January for the X3 is:

MF: .00152
Residuals:
10k - 59%
12k - 58%
15k - 56%

I believe all we get in LA is a $1500 loyalty incentive. Other regions have additional incentives.

I live in Los Angeles but am getting the car frolM Newport Beach because they had better incentives. Clearly there’s some geographic variation

what kind of % off MSRP on a M40i are people getting - NOT including regional incentives, loyalty, fleet?

I only got 5.2% on a factory order in LA back around thanksgiving. TrueCar average also shows about 5% currently. Personally I think 7-8% before incentives is good. The incentives in LA this month are not as good as nov/dec so you gotta work harder on the discount.
