325d Intercooler and Hose. (320d upgrade)

Would anyone be interested In this lot??

Plug n play upgrade for a 320d e9* car
Just need a jubilee clip and away you go. Fits in 15mins

The intercooler is from a 325d so has a deeper core than the stock 320 version. (See pics for comparison)
It also has a slightly larger inlet (turbo side) hence the need for the red hose.

I took the hose off the hard pipe, and along with the black piece of hose included I fitted it onto the existing hard pipe on the 320d.

Ideal if you are running slightly more boost or even a hybrid turbo, as this helps reduce smoke. (Worked for me...)

Collection from Wiltshire preferred but could post for addition cost obviously.

£75 Is a fair price I think. The hoses go for stupid money on eBay alone.

Will list as separate items on there if no interest in this as a bundle here.

Cheers.

It's used with a few dings and bent fins, but is in full working order. No broken plastic bits etc and the core has been sprayed black to be a bit more stealthy.

Has been flushed through with alcohol too so nice and clean inside.

Any issues with the jubilee clip popping off under full boost?

Nope. I had no issues at all.

(I'd use a Mikalor or Murray band if that was an issue)

I’m thinking about it but not sure if it would fit my engine. It’s the N47 2.0D.

I can't help with that I'm afraid..... I had it fitted to the M47 earlier version...

The hose arrangement on the N47 engine is different to the M47 engine. The intercooler itself will fit, but you'd need to get your thinking cap on regarding the hoses. Not straightforward.
