Have booked a cruise for next July - any recommendations on parking companies or Hotel/B&B's with one nights stay prior and leave car with them?

Any info appreciated.

We cruised from Southampton - turned up at the boat and they took the car and parked it after helping unload. Short stroll back to it when we disembarked too.

Bit choppy across the Bay of Biscay sometimes so be warned!!

Off to the Fjiords for seven nights.

Didn't get away this year due to cancer treatment, so 1st time on a cruise , really looking forward to it!

We sailed with P&O - I would have ticked the box for parking with them....edit - this is how we did it...

Car parking is available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of seven nights or more♦. Leave your car in a secure car park (one space per booking). Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to use this service and then contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd (the operator) through your Cruise Personaliser or direct on 0345 071 3939 or via www.cruiseparking.co.uk to arrange your car parking no less than 10 days in advance of your departure.

A tip - there can be queues to board but if you have an illness (as you have...) then request a wheelchair and be escorted through, you will be on board enjoying the champers whilst others queue....

I'm off an a Royal Caribbean cruise in July from Southampton also and have parking included in the package. I assume I just turn up and somebody will tell me where to park.

I will be in the family SUV so not too bothered where it gets left.
