Hi,

Hope someone can tell me what is wrong with my car.

Last week, I smelled some fuel in my car as I was driving and then went away after a few minutes. So i figured the smell was from outside.

However today, when I started my car, it started up rough. and the check engine light came on. The car rumbles while driving and when I am at stopped at the traffic lights, the check engine light flashes. When I am driving, the check engine light is lit but is not flashing. I also smell fuel in the cabin and there is a huge amount white smoke coming out of the tail pipes. And my fuel consumption is very high.

Please find attached the screenshot of the error codes that got logged.

Any suggestions as to what the cause may be (fuel injectors?) are appreciated.
