idling issue after fix bigger IC n charge pipe on 328i
Hi all
Does anyone face idling issue after fixing bigger IC and charge pipe? usually when coming to a stop, the idling will drop around 550rpm which make the engine about to die off... is there anyway to bump up the idling? Thanks |

you should not need to fuss with the idle after changing your fmic and/or charge pipe(s). i would think there is a leak or one of the sensors not put back.

Yeah it should not affect the idling. Everything was re checked twice. No leak spotted as the boost can hit 17psi (still on stock map) |

Had the same issue, it's your fuel pump or you have a dirty intake clogging it. Get k&N drop in filter

The only idling issues I had was the car bouncing and the issue with that was the valvetronic motor, the second issue I had was the car shutting off at idle because it wasn't pumping enough fuel because I was running to much ethanol. Doubt it's your intercooler. Try and get codes ran. You don't need a cel for codes to populate
