First Experience with Morristown BMW on EBaY
Ok I thought I would share my experience with you guys since others have claimed they are really good...
I have not been happy about the service. I paid for the item on 19 Feb 06. They did not ship out until 28 Feb 06. That to me is to slow to be rated "Fast Shipping". As of 6 Mar 06 I still not have not received my item. I emailed them asking when it was shipped and got no response... I had to get PayPal involved just to get the shipping info. I have ordered other items from EbaY and have received them after I purchased the spoiler. The thing that makes me mad is they are literally right next to the APO in NY... Priority mail to me takes 7 days... so as of now they get a on shipping speed and communication. I will give them a on price. |

I'm sorry this happened to you. I ordered my spoiler from there, received a quick phone call and shipment. Living outside the U.S. probably has probably been the reason for the poor communication/timely shipment.

How was the paint job and color match on the spoiler? I assume they come painted from the factory was there any noticable difference in the shade of the SG? |

Did you order from kgildenmeister? He was wonderful and called me back promptly.
The spoiler was immaculate. The color match was perfect as it came from the factory this way. No complaints whatsoever. I was very happy! |

I finally got my spoiler in yesterday and had it installed by the BMW authorized body shop. They only charged me 30 Euro to put it on so cheaper than buying the BMW glue kit.
So $230 for the spoiler and $36 for install - $266 not bad. Spoiler was flawless. So they still get a on value and product just not happy it took 10 days to leave there shop... but I got it so thats all that matters. |

I just ordered a short shifter from there. Vista BMW here in Florida quoted me at $170 and I called Morristown as suggested by another member here and they told me $130. I said how a member here got it for $100 so they said ok and are shipping it to me in Florida for $6.50. Total $106.50. I can't complain about that.

That is great service. We should post all of the parts that members get just by calling. No a friend of a friend so that we can all enjoy the rewards!
