Both are great combinations, but with the first it will be very hard to keep it clean and "new" - outside and inside.

I prefer #1 but I would also fear keeping the white clean and new looking. But the black seats make the interior too monotone for me.
So I went with the Mocha. But the only person's opinion that counts is the OP's. Opinions are like rear ends...everyone has one and they are all different. |

As much as I like black rims on alpine white cars. I have somehow disliked it on G30s with Alpine colours. The reason I have been holding back. I would advise OP to see an alpine white G30 with black wheels first, before going that route

Ivory isn’t difficult to keep clean, provided you’re not a slob. My last 5 series was carbon black with ivory. I wore denim’s jeans in it everyday and never once treated or cleaned the leather, and it still looked great after I turned the car in three years later. I will say, wife’s makeup managed to get on the passenger side door trim and such, so that took a little bit of upkeep... but nothing major at all

of the 2 choices you suggest, I'd go Alpine White. However, before those I'd go Dark Graphite with Smoke White interior...

Neither of those
Well, for interior black is the only choice for me .It may look too dark but it enhances the appearances of interior trim . For exterior I went for the Glacier Silver ,it's safe to say it's the Goldilocks of the colors because it doesn't show dirt or doesn't require cleaning as much as a while color would need . I love black exterior but I think I will never go to black , blue or other dark colors from now on

You will get an answer for every possible colour trim combination!
Got toa few dealers and look around and see what grabs your interest. They can look different compared to the catalogue or web configuration. I went for bluestone with ivory interior and grey poplar wood trim. |

It has to be one of those two choices as I have to decided to save the €1,000 for metallic paint and spend it on EDC. I've never had EDC before and keep reading about how great it is. So I'm going to give it a go!
I'm dropping metallic paint and wood trim and going for EDC, ACC, HK, heated steering wheel and high-beam assist. |

neither.
Jet black hides the great lines of the G30 White is bland unless its done up with carbon fiber bits and m performance parts How about Carbon Black...Its way more interesting of a color than Jet black and adds a ton of depth. Azurite looks good also. |

Carbon is another €1000. I'm spending the money on tech this time rather than appearance.

Great colors stay forever. I'm with the carbon black post. In combo with ivory will be fantastic. Spend your money on that.

Of all your options, that heated steering wheel is indeed luxurious. You would enjoy it as you would be getting your car in a winter month.

Jet black with ivory would be my choice here. The black is timeless and contrasts nicely with the exterior chrome. The white really looks at its best on m sport cars not se spec.
Also with the paint protection you're getting the black will stay shiny anyway. I went jet black on my first f10 and spent the money on other kit. Car always looked good and when it came to trade in again wasn't an issue. Dealer said to me "black is black I wouldn't give any more for metallic black ". I think a lot of Irish people(men anyway) don't like white cars. |
