god damn. another one???? my question is, how the heck do they take the wheels and leave the car on the floor? its not someone is holding up the car and let it down after the wheels is removed.

Dude, I don't think the car is laid flat. Look at the trunk line of the car and compare that to the X5's. I think on the driver side, there are bricks or something holding up the car under the skirt.

How I think it happened...jack up one side, get the wheels off, use a stand BARELY against the skirt, and remove the jack, go to the other side with the jack, remove the stand from the other side, and use the jack to support the current side, thus giving the car an uneven stance.

I wonder what the dealership did about this? Called police?
