US Models get power increase against EU Models ?!

In "playing" with some VINs, I noticed that the US models have 8 HP more power than the EU versions (according to Bimmer.Work). Both cars are "Dealer Presentation" cars. Thus, there are no pre-production models. It remains to be seen whether there will be a performance adjustment similar to the M760i. This was also only with 600 PS, later with 610 PS indicated.
Maybe Scott or Ynguldyn can say why

It’s British or brake hp versus American. It’s just a slightly different way of stating the same actual amount of power.

But it's listed in kW, 441 vs 447.
