My M40i is in production and will be completed this Friday, 10/27.

My CA emailed me and said it will be ready for delivery on 11/20. He asked me to give him my preferred dates for pickup at the Performance Center.

I'm wondering if all of you taking delivery at your local dealers will have yours on 11/20 or closer to the 11/11 date they are throwing around.

My 30XL will be finished Wednesday 10/25 and my dealer just e-mailed me an e-mail from PDC stating they have reserved a spot for me to pick it up on the 15th. I can't pick it up then due to tickets for an event on the 14th. Hoping they can give me a spot on the 11th or 13th, otherwise I have to wait until 11/29 as tickets are about $400 more for the week of Thanksgiving.

My car finished last week and is awaiting delivery. My understanding was that PCD date would have to be after 11/11 with exact date also dependent on when they had an open slot there--CA thought it wouldn't be till late Nov or early December. I really wanted to do it, but we have plans Thanksgiving week and didn't really want to get into holiday season. So maybe next time. His BMW rep told my CA that we would have to wait till later to even schedule a PCD date, but given that chances of picking it up at PCD in first half of November seemed low, I didn't have him push to see if we could get in much earlier.

Woo Hoo!! That is awesome. I just got word that dealer would have my car on 10/27. No word yet on if I'll get custody or just have visitation rights!!
