Who did this and why? What target audience is going to be tempted to go buy the new X3 based on this video?

I noticed that the X3 is in Drive and the speedometer is below 60 yet the tachometer is at 4k RPM. The video isn't real anyway so they probably decided that didn't matter.

Pretty stupid video.
