i agree. i heard some clips of the eisenhaus and it def was one of my favorites! I don't understand how people call it a fake exhaust? what exactly is a fake exhaust? yeah yeah the company lied where they are produced and ruined some of their street credit. bottom line if the exhaust puts down on paper what other exhausts are performance wise, and sounds better, I don't care where it's made.

So if a plastic part that BMW uses in there cars was made in Korea, you wouldn't buy a BMW, because it wasn't officially created in Germany? Doesn't make sense to me... I would understand if the quality was horrible, but from my understanding the quality wasn't noticeable, just the label. So yes, bad business ethics, and could possibly ruin there company, but hey if they have the best exhaust i'd buy it....

No offense. I understand why you would be upset. I would probably be too. However, this is business. They found the place that can make their product for the lowest cost in order to bring in the most profits. Because you paid a certain price for whatever price they make it at doesn't mean they ripped you off...

However, when they lied, that is messed up I agree. I'm sure their business has suffered for doing so!

Here is another thread about the fraud. People on all BMW forums got ripped off by Eisenhaus. I'm surprised that they haven't been destroyed yet!
I never heard about the rust issue. If it was created from other materials, then yes that is even worse, and could be false advertising. I am not disagreeing with you when you said they deserve nothing. I agreed!

I was replying to the post that he paid $3k for an exhaust that was constructed for $300. That is not fraud. Paying a msrp price for an item that was obviously created by the manufacturer for a fraction of the price is not fraud.

Well Eisenhaus will tell you that their systems are the best on the market. But the fact still remains that they are based on Eisenmann systems and up until Feb 08 were sold under that name. Despite having no permission from Eisenmann, Eisenhaus used their name, designs, serial numbers, and counless outher bits.

Just for the disrespect and arrogance they show I will never support Eisenhaus again !!!

If your smart you'll stay away from them! wait till Evosport and Riss racing come out with full systems.

Well Actually they didn’t use Eisenmann Official Brand name in their Products.I believe the concept was to sell EISENMANN MEISTERSCHAFT GT Exhaust which is NOT EISENMANN...so just in case the fraud would go public they wont have a legal Impact from the German Company...

...this is bad, short-term, Business strategy if you ask me for a Company like Eisenhaus .Anyway People make choices...maybe they should redeem their selves with some special prices for a extended period of time and admit their false decision. Doing something is better that doing nothing....

I believe they sold Genuine Eisenmann Meisterscehaft GT Exhaust and NOT Genuine Eisenmann. This is why they dont have any major Legal Impact from Eisenmann...but they surely lost a Great Market share....so what i was saying is...that maybe they should do something about it...That is if they want to still be in the Business..
