Yes it should be, as long as there's no sign of any damage.

It's still worth approaching the dealer, I bought mine used and they ended up replacing 3 alloys after approaching BMW for goodwill. I had to pay for two hours labour but thought that was an acceptable cost for 3 new alloys.

Is it within the 3 year manufactuers warranty.....
registered Dec 2014 ...yes registered Jan 2014...no If it is covered by manufacturers warranty it should be covered, but under AUC warranty you may have less luck.

To be honest, surprised BMW sell diamond cut wheels into our climate, asking for warranty claims. |

You could always try a sales of goods act approach. If it is a known and regular issue, then you technically could be covered through that for 6 years.

Car reg April 14 Car purchased July 17 (so new car warranty has expired, AUC only) Wheel warranty on 2x rear 442m August 17 Not a single quibble about it either from BMW. Had it done at Rochdale Williams - literally the single thing they did right in the full farce of using them .... |

My car is September 2013 registered, I had four free new alloys from BMW in June this year. Paid a small amount for fitting and they have a warranty for the next two years incase this happens again.
Fantastic service from BMW. |
