Before I buy the wheels am I able to run this setup on xdrive with 5x120 bolt pattern? Have anyone used wheel adapters before?

Bolt pattern:5x114.3

R: 19x10 275/35/19

I'll start off that I never liked adapters. Added complexity, added cost, added problems.

Without knowing the offsets nobody will be able to tell you. You'll need a high offset on those wheels so you can also fit an adapter in there. What are the offsets?

I doubt you'll be able to make that work. You're already extending 1cm more than stock with just those wheels not counting the thickness of whatever adapter plate you'd have to add in there.

Yeah, definitely won't work. Don't waste your time and buy wheels with the proper bolt pattern.
