Any experience with Forgeline Wheels?

I will be ordering my M3 soon and am looking for aftermarket wheels. There are a few that I'm interested in (BBS, OZ, MORR) and I recently saw these on the internet that I actually didn't know about. Here's the link:

http://www.forgeline.com/wheels/md3s.html

I really like the M3DS. They are 22-23 lbs per wheel which is pretty good and they look nice as well. Has anyone had any experience with Forgeline? Your input is greatly appreciated.

I've never had them, but I've seen quite a bit of them out on track days.

That speaks for itself. If people use them for track days it must be a quality wheel.

Well I do see a lot of SSR wheels at the track too and I wouldn't exactly call that a quality wheel for the street, but if I had to guess, I'd say they are probably pretty good.

The only thing I've ever heard people say about track wheels is, "I'm going to get a cheap set of 18's for the track." Cheap as in inexpensive, I assume, but nobody ever mentions getting a quality set of wheels for the track.

Nonsense, Turner motorsport uses forgeline on their BMW's and they kill people out there on the track, top-of-the-line set up they've got.

I'm thinkin about a set of forgelines for my e92 myself.

You can't deny the beauty of the M3DS. I'm seriously considering these when my M3 comes in.

CCW and Fikse both are companies that specialize in high quality track wheels custom made to order. Some of us do use quality parts at the track.

Seriously, you are doing 120-150mph next to walls that can kill you, why would you skimp on the parts that are holding the car up?

I have seen too many cheap wheels break at the track, my life is worth more than that.

Forgelines are good wheels. I have seen many racers use them. They are a quality wheel like Fikse and CCW.
