Online entertainment stuck

Anyone seen this before or know how to resolve it? The music is still playing but can't move it off this screen no matter what I try.

You need to update it. I had the same thing recently. You phone BMW connected drive and they'll go through how to do it with you.

Well I called them. They asked me to update BMW services but it made no difference. She said there was a global online services issue that has been affecting cars for a couple of days, and that it should be fixed 'soon'. Whatever that means.
