Pics of Rear Diffuser - Matte (unpainted) - on MBS?
Anyone have pics of rear diffusers (any brands) in matte without any paint on a metallic black sapphire M240i? I have looked online and get pics of pretty much everything but this combo....results with CF, different color cars, etc. Thanks.

Look through this thread, you'll find some. I saw at least 3 matte m perf diffusers: http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=939503

Personal opinion obvs bit on a black car the diffuser looks best in the grey they do the stock one in. Leave the fins black perhaps but you need some contrast back there or it looks very heavy.

I don't have a photo but I have the same color combo. I hated the gray stock part and the silver mirror covers...as stated above, it is my opinion. I got the carbon mirror covers and the mpe "diffuser". It is purely cosmetic, BTW and serves no function to increase downforce back there. At first, I hated the matte black and wished I had painted it the body color except for maybe the center portion. Over time, it doesn't bother me anymore. What does bother me, though, is the fact that the stock exhaust tips do not extend far enough and are recessed into the plastic. It looks bad, and it probably is heating up the plastic with the exhaust gas. I'm buying the mpe exhaust with the carbon tips so it fits. The MPE tips extend much farther out than stock. You may be able to replace just the tips themselves, but I'm just going to buy the whole exhaust. Hope that helps. My car's dirty right now but if you really want me to take a photo, I can.
