CF gauge cluster rings

Trying to get some feedback....

What if the silver outer rings on the gauge cluster were made from dry carbon? It can be made in low gloss as well to match up perfect with the rest of the CF interior... any opinions? Pic was take from ShadeM3's car.

Personally I would keep the stock gauge clauster since the lighting makes it look good at night
