Possible Scammer Alert!!
I inquired about floor mats for my e90. A user that goes by the name of 01gpr20 sent me a message, saying to email him for further details. He just joined on July 27,2017. The email that he gave me was 01hsp22@gmail.com If you google that email address, apparently he has scammed people on another forum and was banned. He sent pictures of brand new mats and asked for $100. I could be totally wrong about this, but the whole thing seems and looks suspicious. Admins, if you can grab his IP address and do some further investigating on this, that would be great, just so that we don't get scammed. I figured I'd post this to look out for the community. Cheers. -Elixis |

here's a break down of my exchange when them. i did not go through with the deal.. because you know not getting screwed. Notice in the last message from the seller, it appears to have some odd language and wording. My guess... guy is in pakistan or somewhere.
seller $300 seems considerable ... I'm in California, I'll make shipping arrangements as soon as i can, keep me posted so i don't delay shipment. me OK what's your paypal, I can send you the 300 now. Seller I no longer have, paypal can you do a MoneyGram Transfer as my wife works in a MoneyGram store and have an approved MoneyGram outlet which gives her a plus, lol So i use it often . Would you like me to ship to your residence or to a commercial shipment center ? me Sorry I only do online purchases through paypal, I've been burned a few times through money gram/ western union. seller I understand you but Moneygram seems to be my preffered method becouse my wife works in a Moneygram store and using her outlet gives her a plus. Lol, just to make it short.... if i try to screw you ... my wife's job is at risk, What more. Sincerity i believe is what keeps business going and i am being very sincere to you and i guess you are too... me Sorry, good luck with the sale. You're going to have a hard time using moneygram, especially with such a low post count on the e90 forums. You're not going to find anyone on there willing to buy from you using moneygram with only 5 post or something to show on there that people rate you good in the community, If you tell many people on there you want to do this most likely going to end up getting your user account banned. |

100% scammer. I love how you're supposed to believe his wife's job would be in jeopardy when we have no clue what country the dude's even from.
Also look at his 5 posts lol |

Sounds legit to me
Btw- big time scam. I put this little guide together a while back for buying/selling on here. Western Union is a massive red flag. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...5#post18971905 |

Same dude PM'd me about my WTB thread.
I'm curious why we don't have the ability to report PMs...? On the forum I moderate we get reports of users like this using the PM system and can take action quickly so they don't con unsuspecting folks. |
