Clear coat Warranty issue?

Hey guys (& hopefully some gals)

I just picked up a 2016 340i with only 3500 miles on it. Came off a one owner/one year lease.

One of the wheels has what I believe to be a clear coat finish peeling off of the wheel around the center cap. Has anyone seen this & can I expect it to be covered under the factory warranty?

that looks more then just clear coat peeling it appears like "pitting" looks like manufacturer defect to me. are all 4 wheels like that?

Are they 403M wheels by chance??
