Tyre Size help - Urgent, puncture.
Hi guys,
I have a puncture in one of my tyres (run flats) so now planning to ditch them and swap over to some proper tyres. I have searched but cant find a specific answer to this. I need to get this sorted on Saturday so I can use my car next week, but want to get it right!! So my main question is, can i up the width of the tyres to 235/40/19 & 265/35/19 without running into any issues with either the Xdrive system or rubbing arches, etc? (the car is on ACS springs) Also, what tyres can you recommend from experience?? Heard good things about MPS4 (and had them on my old car) but also heard very good things about Continental sport contact 5/6 too. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Chris. |

Stick to stock sizes. The 265 rears wont fit 8.5 width wheels. You want to keep diameters very close on X-drive from what I understand
