Possible HPFP?

I have a e92 335i running Cobb V2. My car has been throwing misfire codes in cylinder 3 plus the P2aaf code when put under high boost or load. And cold starts are sometimes a little lengthy not constant though. Any suggestions on what would be causing this? Car runs drives fine other wise just can't get on it or even pass a car on high way with out misfires and codes going off.

You should probably log and that will show you if your HPFP pressure is dropping.

HPFP feeds all the cylinders, yet you have code for only one. Why not focus on that specific cylinder and check for bad coil, plug, or injector on #3? That plausibility code is seen all the time and doesn't necessarily point to the HPFP as the culprit.
