The dealer installed the latest software update last week. Since then, my car no longer charges overnight (using the "low cost charging" feature).

The update cleared out most settings - so I went in and set low cost charging to 11pm-7am, and set a departure/preconditioning time of 7:30am. These are the same settings I've been using for the last year. Now, it doesn't charge overnight (charge level is wherever it was the day before, usually 0-3 miles).

Has anyone experienced this? It's at the dealer now having a door strut replaced. They will look at the charging problem, but I've found a little guidance from me goes a long way in getting issues resolved.

Did you set a departure time (and for the correct days)?

Yes, I'm going to delete the low cost charging schedule and departure time, and then re-enter the info. I think it's just a glitch, since the "charge immediately" feature works fine.
