I assume MPPSK must be installed at the dealer to get warranty coverage. Can anyone confirm this is the case and who do you recommend to install that knows what they're doing and at the lowest possible price? The getbmwparts.com website offers it for about $300 below list. What has been your experience from ordering from them and then installing at the dealer versus ordering from shopbmwusa.com and installing at dealer? Does the dealer charge more if you buy it from somewhere else to install? Let me know your recommendation, Thanks!

I did it at new century a couple years ago. I bought the mppk from another dealer on eBay. They charged 2 hours for the time the car is programming, at whatever the hourly rate was at the time.

Cost should be 1600-2k bought mine off eBay too
