good impact driver?

who makes a good impact driver?

I'm thinking of this Gearwrench https://www.amazon.com/GearWrench-11.../dp/B000CODDYE

The Craftsman reviews had too many one-stars for their product. Or is it just better to go MAC or MATCO ? I'm just a shade tree mechanic but would like something that last.

It's $30. How much can you research a $30 purchase?

Buy this one: https://www.amazon.com/Capri-Tools-P.../dp/B06XD2XCJY

Base your tool purchases on how often you plan on using that tool. IMHO... Yeah you can get a MAC or snap-on, but if you are only going to use it once, and maybe a few times now and then, it's not worth the price premium for high end tools.

Sometimes you just can't go cheap, but most of the time it's okay for use it once or twice applications.

I have a Harbor Freight impact driver. Although I seldom use it, I've never had any issues with it. The bits haven't broken or look worn.
