ECU Unlock in Ohio?

Does anyone know if there's anywhere that I can get my ECU unlocked in Ohio so I can get the BM3 tune??

None in Ohio according to PTF's authorized dealers list, but there are others within Driving Distance depending on where you are located in Ohio.
